What has the power to make or break your company? It isn’t teamwork. It isn’t the CEO. It’s the organization’s tribes—groups of 20-150 people who know each other and work together. Without the right leadership, a tribe takes on a destructive culture that saps the firm’s productivity and profits: People are hostile, focused on personal survival, and resistant to needed change.

Only a talented Tribal Leader can transform a tribe into the ultimate performance engine: a group of people who are excited to work together for the benefit of the entire company, who demand excellence from everyone, and who attract star performers like magnets.

How do you become such a Tribal Leader in your firm? This virtual seminar, presented by leadership and communication expert Dave Logan, along with co-authors John King and Halee Fischer-Wright, will reveal the secrets.

About The Seminar

What has the power to make or break your company? It isn’t teamwork. It isn’t the CEO. It’s your firm’s tribes—groups of 20-150 people who know each other and work together.

In this virtual seminar, organizational communication and leadership expert Dave Logan shows you how to lead your tribe from destructiveness or mere adequacy to greatness. You’ll discover how to:

  • Identify the members of your tribe.

  • Diagnose the tribe’s culture, values, norms, and interests.

  • Determine which of five developmental stages the tribe is in.

  • Move your tribe from a primitive, unproductive stage to its ultimate incarnation: a group whose members harness their individual strengths, talents, and interests for the good of the entire company.

  • And much more.

Become a Tribal Leader, and you drive loyalty, innovation, collaboration, and productivity throughout your organization—directly fueling the firm’s bottom line.
